Life already is quite stressful, hence we at Houzilla believe in a No Fuss Return Policy. Our Returns Policy is safe, easy and transparent. We have broken it down for you below:

Can I return the product received?

You can return the product if:

  • it is a faulty/defective product
  • it is different from the description on the website
  • If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above-mentioned ones, please get in touch with us at: support@houzilla.in. We will take a decision on a case-to-case basis.

When can I return the product?

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours from the date of receiving your shipment. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will replace the product within 7 days of receiving the original product back from you.

What is the procedure to return the product?

Please get in touch with us at support@houzilla.in. If you are eligible for a return, we will initiate the process by sending you an email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is the procedure to get a refund?

If the product is faulty, we will offer you a cash refund. This will be done by bank transfer. In case you paid by COD, we would still return your money through a bank transfer. The time taken to initiate a refund will be one week from approving the refund request. Please remember, it normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

You can cancel the order anytime before it has been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For any further queries write to us at: support@houzilla.in
