Can I return the product received?
All products at Houzilla are made to order. Hence, it is not possible to return the product.
We will replace the product for free if:
* it is a faulty/defective product
My product is damaged, What should I do to get a replacement?
Even though we take all precautions while packing the product and use the best courier service available, in the rarest of cases if the product reaches you damaged, please take a photo and whatsapp the image to our helpline or send an email to email@example.com within 24hrs of delivery. After verification, we will initiate a replacement free of charge.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
Order cannot be cancelled after it goes into production. Since it takes about 24hrs for the order to go into production, you would generally be able to cancel within 24hrs of placing the order. All cancelations need to be done by email and the request sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. HOUZILLA reserves the right to deny any cancellation requests if the product has gone into production.
